Harrison Industrial Services Inc. redesigned an existing wedge adjustment system on a converting machine calendar section to provide for a reduced force requirement to move the wedge when the system was under load.
An array of ball bearings, housed in the brass blocks, bear on heat treated races designed and installed as part of the rework.
