Harrison Industrial Services Inc. machining a large manifold as part of a research and development project to build a "large part" (600 pound parts / 3"+ wall thickness) injection molding system.
The design effort included the design of the actual molds to fit the process.
This molding system was designed to use post consumer polyethylene feed stock (recycled plastic milk bottles).
